Any purchase that is attempted to be authorized for an amount that is greater then the available balance on the Virtual Visa Account will be declined. However, if an appropriate authorization is not presented to GiftCards.com, there is a possibility of the card reaching a negative balance once the full amount of a transaction is presented on any previously approved authorized transactions.
