Can the beneficiary receive the payment in a foreign currency other than Pak Rupees and US Dollars for direct deposit in an account with UBL or in cash or in an account with any bank other than UBL?
No. We do not offer remittance in any currency other than Pak Rupees and US Dollar. In case of remittance in US Dollars, only Direct Deposit in an account with any of the designated branches of UBL is applicable. In case of remittance in Pak Rupees, Direct Deposit in an account with any of the branches of UBL in Pakistan, with any other bank in Pakistan or payment in cash against presentation of check on the counters of any of the branches in UBL (Amount restrictions apply) is applicable.
