• Can the current SG president stop the court from reviewing complaints for an election in which he ran? (answer 1 of 5) Summary: The Student Government Association held elections for the positions of Student Body President, Executive Vice President, Vice President of Internal Affairs and certain Senator seats (General, College and University seats) last Wednesday and Thursday. The current Student Body President ran in the election and lost. A few complaints were submitted to the General Court concerning various violations of election rules. (The General Court was approved by the General Assembly of the SGA, and one of their duties according to the SGA Constitution and By-laws is to oversee the proper functioning of the student government elections.) All but one of the complaints was resolved by the General Court.
