EPSON does not recommend refilling or using 3rd party ink cartridges. If these 3rd party products cause a failure, the repair of that failure will not be covered under warranty.

EPSON does not recommend refilling or using 3rd party ink cartridges. Using these products will not void their product's original warranty, however, if these 3rd party products cause a failure, the repair of that failure will not be covered under warranty. The Stylus C80's DuraBrite ink, print head, mechanism and driver have been developed to work together as a printing system. If DuraBrite inks are not used in the Stylus C80, it may damage the print head or most likely produce poor quality prints.
