If you can’t contact an attorney though you can handle this yourself. First off I would not stress yourself out too much especially this early in the pregnancy. He may change his mind as you get closer to delivering. He will have to sign an acknowledgement of paternity in order to have any rights to the baby. My best advice is to go to your local family courthouse and pick up a petition for custody form. I doubt you can actually go to court before the baby is born but a clerk there can tell you for sure. Once you get in front of a judge explain to him that he has been threatening to take the baby away from you and why you are uncomfortable with him having the baby at his home.
