If you are getting physio at the Health Centre, then they may offer you crutches. Due to liability reasons, however, they won’t offer crutches or wheelchairs to those not getting treated at the Health Centre. If you need walking support of this sort, you will need to go to other local NHS centres: either the local hospitals, or the walk-in centre in Coventry. Check out the NHS Coventry website to find a local service for you, or the wider NHS website to use their postcode search.
