A. The Laser Defuser is designed to work with any make or model of vehicle, with or without the frame. In states that do not require a front license plate, the modular design of the Defuser allows it to be easily removed from its frame and remotely mounted in the front grill or air vent using the Universal Mounting Bracket. Please remember, in order to work effectively, the Defuser must be mounted parallel to the ground with a clear, unobstructed view of the road. The sensor/transmitter should not be mounted facing up, down, to the side, or hidden behind anything . . . including the car’s grill or bumper.
