Can the Mark of the Beast be accepted by mistake?
The Bible does plainly say that anyone who receives the Mark of the Beast will be condemned to hell fire forever, however, I do think that even this strongly worded statement can allow for some exceptions. I don’t believe the mark can be forced on people. Anyone receiving the Antichrist’s number will have to choose of his own freewill to take it. If some muscular thugs dragged an individual into a voting both and forced his hand to pull the lever for a Communist political candidate, he obviously wouldn’t be responsible fot the vote. If that same person was simply told to cast a vote for a Communist candidate, and he obeyed, the responsibility would be his own. “And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads: And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.
