Can the new Colilert test yield a decimal number?
Question A colleague of mine and I were wondering about the new test for surface water, Colilert by Idexx. This procedure as I am sure you are aware gives a reading in most probable number per 100ml. Can the results yield a decimal number or are the results in whole numbers only? Answer It is my understanding that the test yields only whole numbers.
