Men and women have a PC (pubococcygeus) muscle that controls that pelvic floor. This means if you can stop peeing and start peeing again you are using the PC muscle. Another way to check your PC muscle is when your penis is erect; if you can make it jump up and down you are using the PC muscle. This muscle needs to be exercised for it to be working properly. If you have never exercised this muscle before you will have to start. I will show you how it is done but having a strong PC-Muscle will not help you stop premature ejaculation. The PC muscle is part of a healthy lifestyle but it’s not enough to stop premature ejaculation. More about the PC muscle later.
