Can the pizza crust be baked on a baking stone or pizza stone?
I am going to try cooking some gourmet pizza soon, and I wonder if I can do that at home. Thanks for the discussion here, I hope that it will help me haha. Do you have any pizza dough recipes, by the way? please share some here, I would appreciate that a lot, good luck!
It depends on the type of stone. We do not recommend using a pizza or baking stone that requires preheating before the assembled pizza is placed on it. The unbaked crust is too soft to lift once the toppings have been added. Pizza crust may be baked on a stone that does not require preheating. Follow the directions that came with the stone for baking time and temperature.
