At present, no one is publishing the material that Maryland Decisions will publish, in the form to be published by the service. This uniqueness is its strength. Maryland Decisions expects that once the service proves the viability of its concept, which means a strong subscription base and consistent publication, Maryland attorneys will cite to the service on a regular basis. The service would need to move quickly to establish itself, build its subscriber base, and developer subscriber loyalty through consistent, reliable, quality publication.
