Both the leggings and the gladiator shoes are a yes, but make sure the leggings are a solid color, (preferably black) with no designs or else the leggings will clash with the dress and make te outfit look too busy. I don’t think you need the chunky waist belt because the dress already has a waist band, but if you do decide to wear a belt, make sure you place it ON the waist band or else it just looks wierd.
