Can u giv me sum risks and benifits of having children vaccinated against serious diseases?
The only real risk is that the child may develop a short illness as a reaction to the jab, but it’s rarely severe and most children don’t have any problem. It may consist of a fever, headaches and feeling unwelll, and usually resolves after a few days. The child may also have some bruising and soreness for a few days at the site of theinjection, and there’s a small chance of developing an infection at the needle puncture site. There is no evidence that any vaccination increases the chances of a child developing autism. It’s a myth that was propogated by a man who is now under investigation for using poor methods and creating a health crisis. Infection rates for measles have increased dramatically because of his behaviour and poor science. The benefits are that the child is unlikely to develop the disease and the complications that follow it. From a worldwide point of view, if enough people are vaccinated then the disease may die out, like smallpox, or virtually do so, like polio.
