Can u lose 10 pounds in a week or 2?
I am 26 and can lose 10lbs in 2 weeks, haven’t been able to do so in 1 week. The only way I lose weight is if I reduce my calories to around 800/day of healthy foods, no processed, frozen, no junk food whatsoever. Some days I eat 600 calories/day and some days I eat 1000, so average 800/day. People say that this isn’t enough food and is bad for you, but I can’t lose weight any other way. I seem to maintain my weight at about 1300 calories/day. So, now that I have reached my goal, I plan on eating that much to maintain. Keep in mind that I work from home, so I do very little walking, and I have a very intense job so I am sitting at a desk behind 2 computer screens for about 10 hours/day. If I were out and about or exercising, I would probably eat more.
