Can undocumented clients without a Social Security Number access the Interactive Voice Response (IVR)?
No. Access to the IVR requires a case number and the last four digits of the primary applicant’s Social Security Number. Therefore, undocumented customers without a Social Security Number will not be able to access the IVR. They will not be able to use their documented child’s Social Security number either.
