Can visitors just walk or drive in?
All visitors must report to security and sign in. This is for reasons of safety, security and, in the event of an emergency; the management team will know who is on-site. Most residences have a 24-hour security presence on-site to ensure that all visitors are valid and that the residence is kept secure. Comprehensive CCTV coverage is available at all residences.
