Can voters wear campaign paraphernalia on Election Day?
The Department of State permits voters to wear campaign paraphernalia on Election Day. However, some Pennsylvania counties are relying on older rules and will not permit voters to do so. THIS WILL NOT PRECLUDE VOTERS FROM VOTING! A voter may simply be asked to cover up the campaign paraphernalia when entering the polls.
