Can we delay submission of our EDP2 until Ofsted have reported?

All EDP2s should be submitted by the 31 January deadline. The Secretary of State will take account of any latest evidence from Ofsted inspection reports in considering EDP2s. Once the EDP2 has been approved the authority should take account of Ofsted findings as part of the normal process of review, and the development of a post-inspection action plan.
