No, because that would essentially mean submitting two itineraries and we request that applicants submit one. See page 18 of the Nominations Guide. One option would be to develop a name for your itinerary that is reflective of all of the experiences you propose describing and then creating one itinerary that incorporates the various elements that you wish to discuss.
