We have several subsidiaries but our primary subsidiary is Ohio Valley Bank Company, a 132 year-old state chartered, FDIC insured community bank with approximately 250 full time equivalent employees. TWST: What are the markets you are serving? Mr. Smith: I think you could almost say we are serving a capital to capital market. We are from Columbus, Ohio, to almost Charleston, West Virginia. A lot of growth is going on between and certainly around both those capital cities. TWST: What’s the target customer base that you are after? Mr. Smith: We are a traditional community bank. I would say while it’s impossible to be all things to all people, it seems as if our customers demand that we be most things to all people. We are a commercial bank, obviously.
