Can WebCCTV NVR be remotely accessed by Quadrox service personnel?
Yes, Quadrox personnel can access your system upon customer request to both troubleshoot problems as well as to deliver routine service updates. However, it is important to note that Quadrox cannot access the unit until explicit permission is given. This requires physical action from the customer. There are no back doors for us.
