No, you could have a friend put it on a pokemon and trade it to you, but other than that no, you can’t buy it ever. You can win it in the lorrery. But the odds of winning it are close to impossble… well, it’s more than one in 10 thousand. So you could get like 1,000 pokemon from friends, meaning a pokemon from 1,000 people, then try the lottery and you might have an okay chance. Just go to a DS site (I’m a mod on the number one DS site) and ask someone for a free masterball (In the CHAT, not many sites like people making threads asking for stuff) if you wasted yours.
