Unfortunately You cannot use an AT&T phone with verizons network because verizon does not use SIM cards. You would need a phone that is NOT GSM technology to use with verizons prepaid services. However you could use any other carrier that needs a sim card after getting your AT&T phone subsidy unlocked.
