It’s sad really…. the military doctors (which aren’t even docs, they are physician assistants) are soooo quick to prescribe anti-depressants, but they don’t tell you the reprecussions of taking them……….. VERY SAD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I’m sorry for you girl!!!! I’m surprised they couldn’t do the EFMP thing for ya. Really, they need to redo this whole issuing meds like candy…. sooo many people I know would just go in, give a little sob story, and out the door with meds………. sad, but true. Oh wait… technically, those docs where you are… well, you probably went in for a meeting with your family. You went and saw a person at the clinic/hospital to review your records. What they are supposed to do is send your medical records to Lakenheath, and Lakenheath decides if they have the facilities for you. Lakenheath has 2 weeks to get back to you and let you know. Do a search for the exceptional family member program. You will see what I am talking about…… I would call the
