Can you make Ravioli with Dried Lasagne Sheets?

I have tried to make ravioli with the right kind of ingredients and it was a pain, I think there are somethings you have to pick up from your mom.

A light and simple alternative to making homemade pasta dough is to purchase won-ton wrappers in the refrigerated section of your grocery store. Place one square on your counter, add filling of your choice to the center, lightly wet the perimeter of the wrapper with water, place the second square on top, press out all air from the center and you’ve got a ravioli. Granted, it’s not an egg pasta, but it does make nice ravioli. Just make sure you get won-ton wrappers & not egg-roll wrappers because those are way too big. Top with the sauce of your choice and enjoy!! Happy cooking!

Nope. You need raw dough to make raviolis. You could boil the sheets and roll the ricotta mixture in the center and bake them with sauce and cheese on top. I’ve done that but it’s not going to taste like or have the texture of a good ravioli. You could just use a rolling pin to roll out the dough and use a cookie cutter or glass to make circles…or…just put a spoonful of cheese about an inch apart from each other on top of the rolled dough and then put another sheet of rolled dough on top. Use a pizza cutter or sharp knife to cut squares and then be sure to seal each square well.

using lasagna sheets wont work……the dough needs to be raw in order for you to form a seal around the filling homemade pasta dough is very easy to make 2 1/2 c. flour 1/3 c. water 2 eggs 1 egg yolk 1 tbsp oil 1 tsp. salt combine everything in a bowl until you form a dough…..place on floured surface and roll until very thin…..
