The first thing you have to decide is does she have a small, medium or large body frame, but unless someone is extremely large or small framed, it won’t affect size as much as it will affect weight. You also need to decide whether she has a lot of muscle mass or not, as again this will affect her weight quite a bit. If she is the type of person who is small framed with not a lot of muscle mass, I would guess her to weigh around 170lb-175lb (10-15lb overweight). If she is medium framed with an average amount of muscle mass, I would guess her to weigh around 180lb (20lb overweight).
