Can you reccommend the cheapest most reliable home broadband service available on the market?
Cheap and reliable do not go hand in hand and what may be most reliable for you may not be elsewhere. It depends on how close you are to the telephone exchange for a start on how strong the signal will be. I am a firm believer however that though it is more expensive, BT broadband is the best. I have never had any problems with it and use it on all my computers.
