Can you suggest some (inexpensive) nice looking christmas jars that I can put stuff in for small gifts?
You might try finding some of the small canning jars made by Ball. These are the small ones used for canning with the two piece lids. Some of these are available with a crystal or diamond type pattern on them. Place a decorative fabric square over the lid tie a ribbon around it in a nice bow and place a canning style label (usually by the jars) on it with who it is to and from. Some grocery stores and most likely the big chain stores carry them locally near you.
