Puffed rice snack Ingredients: * puffed rice (called borugulu or maramaralu in Telugu) * red onion * tomatoes * grated carrot * chopped cilantro * lemon juice * red chilli powder * oil * salt and some hot & spicy peanuts Procedure: -Then take a big bowl, add the puffed rice, 1 or 2 teaspoons of oil and mix well. – Now add salt and the chilli powder. The oil makes the salt and the chilli powder stick to it, without the oil the salt and chilli powder just settles in the bottom. -Add red onion (not too much), tomato, grated carrot, cilantro and freshly squeezed lemon juice. -Taste and re-season accordingly.
