ODOD consistently steers away from guidelines regarding valuing IP. When it comes to in-kind Cost Share contributions, you need a verifiable market value. In terms of services provided, you need to demonstrate a fee waived on your behalf. Given that, ODOD does not know a legitimate way to value this.
