I have recently joined a new company and below are the steps I followed to get it.
-Create your profile in job portals like Naukri,monster,indeed etc. Mention the detailed information there about yourself,your skill set , projects etc.
-Update your Resume- Keep your resume updated with the latest skillset of yours in there and keep updating it if you enhance anything in learning.
-Keep updating your job portal profile- Once you have the Naukri profile created,keep updating it on a daily basis.The recruiters search by the keywords generally by skills and based on whose profile has been updated recently,the list of profiles are shown to them.So,the more you update your Naukri profile,more the chances of your profile getting noticed.
-Create your profile in LinkedIn as well and keep updating it too.There are many recruiters in LinkedIn and they search for candidates from this source as well.Keep them in your connection ,chances are high your profile might get noticed to them.
And lastly,the most important thing to get a job is to be confident in your skills.Keep updating your knowledge in your area of expertise.

When taking the FSOT you are not allowed to bring a calculator. You will be provided either a small eraserboard with marker or a piece of paper with a writing utensil to work on math problems, but that is it. The test does not include spelling check, you will need to review your writing before test completion.
