No the only way to play Guitar Hero with the Wii is with the guitar that is bundled with the game. Right now, you can’t buy an additional guitar to play Guitar Hero on the Wii, but it is scheduled to be on sale in early 2008. No other guitar is compatible with the Wii game since you need to plug the Wiimote in the guitar.
