Can you wear thigh high boots in the summer time?
You have to be careful not too look overly trashy if you are wearing thigh high boots in the summer (unless that happens to be the look you’re going for). There are some circumstances/outfits where boots like that would work. With a dress or a skirt, you have to make sure that the top you’re wearing covers you up.
