Can’t open heic photos on Windows 10

I noticed that a bunch of my recent photos shot on iPhone X ends with .heic extension. I don’t know what is and can’t be open by the default image viewer on Windows 10.

Try to install other software on your PC, which has more functionality and supports more formats. Also, most likely you will open this format with Photoshop, so I recommend you to download ( if you have not downloaded it yet), if you are not ready to pay for the software, try Photoshop free.
