Clinton was brought up on impeachment charges because he lied under oath about Lewinsky. I still know why that was ever brought up in the first place. It had nothing to do with Whitewater. None of our other presidents have ever had to swear under oath about their affairs. Bush has never been questioned while under oath about his personal life.
