Could 500mg Naproxen daily cause a false positive on a drug test?
Hello! I work in a car factory and our management sometimes performs urine drug test for all employees. Actually I don’t like this and I feel really stupid while this test is performed, but I signed the contract where it was stipulated that I accepted such actions. I have never been addicted to anything, I don’t even smoke. Sometimes I use naproxen for pain in my back (my doctor prescribed it to me) and I heard yesterday that naproxen could cause a false positive on a drug test. Is this possible?
