Could eating tons of raw fruits & vegetables cause diarrhea?

It is probably just your body adjusting. When I first introduced more raw fruit & raw vegetables into my diet (75% plus) I always had diarrhea, especially after eating fruit. It took around three months to settle down. I can now eat tons of raw fruit & raw vegetables without diarrhea. Juicing vegetables is really good. All of the vitamins, nutrients, minerals go directly into your bloodstream and get to work straight away. Also because there is no fibre in the juices, this will help to reduce the possibility of diarrhea. I have got an Oscar 900 VitalMax juicer which does a brilliant juicing job. The better the juicer the more pure juice it will extract and the longer it will keep. I can only suggest being patient and giving your body time to adjust. Plus add some juicing and maybe some blending (the book “Green for Life” by Victoria Boutenko explains blending greens) If possible, only eat certified organic produce or natural stuff you have grown yourself.
