I think the best option for you would be to remove cheese from your diet, but keep drinking milk etc. If your body can handle dairy products apart from cheese then you know the cause. You can develop an allergy to something, it can be completely out of the blue or something specific will trigger it e.g. not eating that item for a long time etc. You could try using dairy free alternatives, and increasing the amount of dairy products you eat each day or each week, to see if your body will accept it. You could try using a fresh cheese like mozzarella if it might be the aging process that is upsetting your stomach.
