Well, it seemed that you have all the signs for type 1 diabetes. If you want to be sure if you really have it, check your blood glucose level. You can get a gluco-meter (a machine that measures your blood sugar by using the blood coming out from your finger). If you need additional assistance, you have to check with your doctor and perform fasting blood glucose test and oral tolerance glucose tests. The first one is when you measure your blood sugar after being fastening for at least 8 hours (all night long). The normal ranges can be 70 to 100 mg/dl. But if you really have diabetes, your figures might be higher than 100 (i.e. 120 and above). To make sure you really have diabetes, your doctor may ask you to perform the other test, oral glucose tolerance test. So, this test is to measure your blood glucose once after fastening (e.g. early in morning when you don't eat anything and perform this test).
