There are multiple things you can do. Drinking fluids and sweating (either a sauna or strenuous exercise) will usually work. If you want to do more, go to your local vitamin store and find a package that was designed to rid the system of toxins. Other things to do are, about 30 mins before you have to go in, down 3 tylenol/advil, the chemicals in these over the counter drugs lead to false positives and give you a longer time before you have to take the test again, usually a few days depending on your schedule it could be a month.
