Could Russia have won World War 1 if the invasion of East Prussia had been successful?

Russia could have won WWI if they had better leadership and had avoided the Revolution. Even after the Revolution, Russia had the manpower to win, if they had the same patriotic fervor they had in 1941. Hindsight is 20/20. They had enough oomph to push through as the Western front took all the German troops later in the war. Their initial push towards Prussia was hampered by horrible morale, crappy leadership, and minimal logistics, against an enemy that excelled in all three areas. They lost the battle but could have won the war in the long run.
