Could the 855 release still bf delayed?
There was a significant amount of discussion about 855 Allocation process, which we had a major role in. But the FCC never made any decision or said anything at all after that. So I have to believe there is still a significant chance that the FCC will announce that the 855 opening will be launched even up until the afternoon of 10/1, less than 24 hours before the opening.
