Could the mini pill give false reading on pregnancy test?
If your period is late you can do a pregnancy test and you will most likely get a positive result if you are pregnant. The pill or any birth control method will not change the results of a pregnancy test or give you a false reading. It is the pregnancy hormone that gives the results and it does not matter what is in your system. Do the test or go into your dr etc to be tested. It is unsafe to take hormones of anykind while pregnant so it is best to find out for sure.
