Could world poverty be solved if everybody became vegetarian?

No. The world needs famine, wars and disease or else the world would cease to exist for us humans. People only look so far into these issues, but don’t look any further as the truth is uncomfortable. The fact is, if you stopped all the starvation, wars etc, population would spiral out of control, which would lead to the restarting of wars over habitable land, water, food, oil and so on as there simply wouldn’t be enough to go round.
