Secondly, we cannot make a claim that our product is better than traditional insulation in all applications, as it cannot be claimed that traditional insulation (fiberglass and foam) is able to reflect heat and thereby extend the life of the roofing or wall substrate. It all depends upon the specific application. With our CRICSsm Ceramic Coatings we can substantially add to, complement, and improve the insulating value of traditional insulation on any project. The fact that the coatings are so easy to apply and can be used most anywhere, particularly in places where traditional insulation can not be used, makes it an acceptable and highly desirable solution.
