Dad is getting married. Should I write a speech?
Yes, you should write a speech if you feel like you want to. Talk to your dad and let him know what you want to do. I would hit the highlights of what you want to say and not make it really long. Maybe you could write a nice long note to them telling them how you love and support them with their marriage and write all the things in your heart. That way you pay them respect at the wedding and show them love, yet don’t go on and on for the guests. 🙂 I feel you will have so much to say… His new wife has been such a big part of your lives.
