Despite several reminders, the refund is not reflected on my credit card?
As per our company policy, we send a reverse request to the bank by the end of the day. Depending on the card issuing bank, it can sometimes take up to a week for the reversal to take effect. If it has been longer then a week, please contact us at support@NoMoreQueue.com and we will take this up with the bank on priority basis to ensure the refund is done immediately.
