Did James Blunt kill anyone in Iraq?
Blunt served in the Balkans during the war in Kosovo. NATO conducted its operations in that war almost exclusively through the use of the air force, so it’s extremely unlikely that a reconnaissance officer actually engaged troops on the ground that directly led to anyone’s death. From Wiki: Blunt was then a commissioned officer in the Life Guards regiment, a unit of the Household Cavalry of the British Army. He rose to the rank of Captain and served as an armoured reconnaissance officer in the NATO peacekeeping force in Kosovo, and was among 30,000 troops into Pristina as the first British officer to enter the Kosovan capital.
