The bitter divorce and custody battle between actress Kelly Rutherford and her German entrepreneur husband Daniel Giersch has reached a new low. The actress reportedly failed to tell her estranged husband about the birth of their second child, daughter Helena, on Monday, <a rel="nofollow" href="http://People.com">People.com</a> reports. An even bigger punch to the gut: Giersch learned about the birth from reading it online. Though the "Gossip Girl" star’s publicist, Jill Fritzo, said that doctors recommended that no one be in the birthing room, Giersch was less than thrilled about the unorthodox birth announcement he received.  more
